Naturopathy: is great for people who have been living a stressful lifestyle. This alternate therapy helps the patient to heal in a holistic way and has zero side effects. Naturopathy may involve a lot of meditation and breathing exercises while minimizing the use of chemical or natural medications altogether.

Acupuncture and chiropractic: these two forms of alternate therapy are all about finding pressure points in the human body and applying pressure to these points in order to heal the “areas” these points are connected to. As with most other forms of alternate therapy, these two forms keep the patient safe from the side effects of medication and get be really effective in cases of joint pain, muscle pain and other injuries.
